They asked to investigate and discovered that the leak was beneath concrete and that the water was also turned off on the residential side. To find out where the leak was coming from electronically, a leak locating team was dispatched. We discovered a damaged and leaking one 1/4′′ PVC 90 fitting. For the night, the PVC line was plugged, restoring water to the homes. We buried the trench and came back the next day to cut the PVC water lines and install a new 1 1/4′′ PVC pipe with 90 fittings. Backfilled the trench and roughly patched the concrete.
