Leaking Pipe Repair in San Diego, CA

A property manager contacted us because a leak from an upstairs unit had gotten into the section below. The cast iron drain line from the above tenant’s kitchen needs to be repaired, we discovered. We looked at the drain pipe from below unit C, leading to the kitchen sink in unit E. There were several holes in the line. We ripped out about 12 feet of ABS piping from floor to ceiling and replaced it with new ABS plumbing. In unit E, the kitchen sink was run for 15 minutes to ensure no leaks.
