Leaky Water Heater Replacement in Oceanside, CA

The customer contacted us because a tenant’s water heater had a corroded water pipe connecting to it. A 40-gallon water heater was replaced and carted away. Two new 1/2′′ x 3/4′′ MIP copper fittings with two distinct water lines were fitted. A new gas line valve was provided, as well as a drip leg. A new PVC 90 water heater pan was also installed. The technician fixed the leak at the back of the water heater and raised the water line on the hot waterside. Finally, before departing, the tech cleaned up the work area.
