Pinhole Leak Repair in Encinitas, CA

A client contacted us because two of their tenants were suffering ceiling leaks. The pinhole leak was discovered to be on the cold copper line connecting the two showers. We turned off the water supply to the entire complex. On-site maintenance disconnected the water supply to the recirculating pump. The system had been depleted. In the master bathroom, we cut the shower wall to disclose the pinhole leak behind the back-to-back tub and showers. 2 feet of 1/2′′ copper and multiple 1/2′′ fittings were changed. We double-checked all of the solder junctions. The water supply was restored, and the technician examined for leaks.
