Repaired Leaking Toilet in Jamul, CA
A homeowner contacted us because his toilet was leaking from the back. They also stated that they could require a flapper supply line and an angle stop. Water from a previous flood was discovered on the floor upon arrival. We cleaned up the leftover water near the toilet to determine the source of the leak. We flushed the toilet and discovered that a faulty fill valve caused the leak, and the flapper had broken due to age. Following approval, we were able to replace both the flapper and the fill valve. The toilet was checked to confirm that the pieces were correctly replaced and look for more leaks. The repairs were determined to be adequate, and no more leaks were discovered.
