Tankless Water Heater Installation in Oceanside, CA

A property management company ordered us to replace the existing water heater with a tankless water heater. The cold-water supply was switched off. The water heater was turned off, the flex lines for hot and cold water were disconnected, and the earthquake straps were removed. The gas supply was turned off, and the flex line was disconnected. The water heater was then removed. A new tankless water heater has been installed. New isolation valves were fitted, and the hot and cold copper lines were connected. A new 1/2′′ galvanized pipe was installed, complete with drip leg and shutoff. The tankless’ gas supply was restored, and the unit was inspected for leaks. At this time, there are no leaks.
