The client requested us to attend to a clogged toilet at home. The owner was unable to use the plunger to clear the toilet. To clear the line for the toilet downstairs, we suggested eliminating the bathroom above unit #278. After receiving consent, we removed the toilet from the upstairs unit and ran a snake down the line. The wire was successfully cleaned around 40 feet downstream. Wipes were discovered to be the source of the blockage. We reset the toilet with a new wax ring and checked the line for leaks. There were no leaks found coming from the bathroom, and the contents flushed perfectly.
