Toilet Flange Replacement in San Diego

The technician removed an old toilet flange using a hub saver to extract a 3-inch ABS-fitting toilet flange. A new 3″ ABS flange was installed and anchored to the subflooring. A customer-supplied toilet was installed with a new wax ring and closet bolts. The toilet was in need of being built, so the technician installed the tank and toilet accessories inside of the tank. Hooked up the toilets supply line and emergency shut-off valve. Caulked around the toilet and shimmed the base to the finished flooring. Tested for leaks and proper operation and everything was working great!
